The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has felicitated with Barr. Mustapha Ali Busuguma on the occasion of his 51st birthday, describing him as a selfless public servant whose life has been marked by integrity, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to service.
In a congratulatory message, Abba Isa commended Busuguma’s outstanding contributions to governance and his dedication to the inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities, noting that his exemplary record in public service continues to inspire many.
According to him, Busuguma has distinguished himself through years of dedicated service, having served three Governors of Borno State with distinction as both Private Secretary and Personal Secretary.
He also praised his tenure as Permanent Secretary, Government House, where he oversaw the administrative affairs of the state with exceptional professionalism, diligence, and integrity.
“Your life has been defined by an extraordinary commitment to public service. You have shouldered immense responsibilities with dedication and excellence. Your service is a source of pride to our family and an inspiration to many,” Abba Isa said.
He prayed for Allah’s continued guidance and blessings upon the celebrant as he marks his 51st birthday.
