The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Mohammed Abba Isa, has felicitated the Director-General of the City Boy Movement, Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader whose vision and commitment have continued to strengthen support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Abba Isa, who is also the National Director of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) Affairs in the City Boy Movement, praised Shoga’s leadership and unwavering dedication to expanding the movement’s reach across the country.
He particularly commended the Director-General for promoting inclusivity within the organisation through the creation of the Directorate of PWDs Affairs and his appointment as the National Director to oversee disability-related engagements.
According to him, the initiative has provided greater opportunities for Persons with Disabilities to actively participate in political engagement, civic activities and national development, while deepening grassroots support for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his re-election bid.
Abba Isa further described Shoga as the driving force behind the City Boy Movement’s remarkable achievements, noting that his strategic leadership has played a significant role in advancing the group’s advocacy and mobilisation efforts in support of the Tinubu administration.
He prayed for greater wisdom, sound health and abundant blessings for the celebrant, expressing confidence that the new year would usher in more accomplishments for him.
“I wish you a day filled with joy, laughter and love, and all the happiness you deserve. May this new year of your life bring greater wisdom, sound health, abundant blessings and many more achievements as you continue to lead the City Boy Movement to greater heights,” Abba Isa said.
He wished Shoga many happy returns and a fulfilling year ahead, describing him as a leader whose contributions continue to inspire members of the movement nationwide
