Presidential Aide Abba Isa Celebrates TLMN National Director, Dr. Sunday Udo, on Birthday

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended warm felicitations to the National Director of the The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN), Dr. Sunday Udo, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message released on Monday, Abba Isa described Dr. Udo as an exceptional leader, renowned public health expert, disability inclusion champion, humanitarian, and scholar whose contributions have continued to impact countless lives across Nigeria and beyond.
The presidential aide commended Dr. Udo’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable populations, noting that his leadership has inspired hope and transformed communities.
According to Abba Isa, The Leprosy Mission Nigeria has remained a strategic partner to his office in advancing the disability inclusion agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, particularly through interventions targeted at persons affected by leprosy, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
He expressed appreciation for the support and collaboration extended by TLMN, assuring that his office would continue to strengthen partnerships with the organization and other development partners to deliver measurable impact for vulnerable citizens.
“The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities will continue to collaborate with The Leprosy Mission Nigeria and other stakeholders to promote inclusive development and ensure that no one is left behind,” he stated.
Abba Isa further acknowledged the remarkable work being carried out by Dr. Udo through TLMN’s various intervention programmes, describing them as critical contributions to the nation’s quest for inclusive and sustainable development.
He said Dr. Udo’s visionary leadership, commitment to research, advocacy, and inclusive development have made him a shining example of service, compassion, and excellence.
