Tinubu’s Aide Abba Isa Felicitates NEMA D.G Zubaida Umar on Birthday Celebration

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has felicitated with the Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, on the occasion of her birthday celebration.
In a congratulatory message issued on Friday, the Presidential Aide described Mrs. Umar as a committed public servant whose leadership at NEMA has continued to positively impact vulnerable Nigerians, including Persons With Disabilities (PWDs).
Hon. Abba Isa stated that Mrs. Umar has remained supportive of the Office of the SSA to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities and has demonstrated genuine commitment towards the welfare of vulnerable groups across the country.
He noted that under her leadership, NEMA has already established a productive partnership with the Office of the SSA, leading to the successful execution of several intervention and empowerment programmes targeted at vulnerable persons and communities.
According to him, the collaboration between both offices has further strengthened efforts towards promoting inclusion, humanitarian support, and social protection in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
The Presidential Aide commended the NEMA Director-General for her dedication, diligence, and impactful service since assuming office, adding that her contributions towards supporting Mr. President’s vision for national development and social inclusion are highly commendable.
“The Office of the SSA to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities is proud of Mrs. Zubaida Umar for her unwavering support and commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable Nigerians,” he stated.
Hon. Abba Isa prayed that Almighty Allah grants her long life, sound health, wisdom, and greater strength to continue carrying out impactful initiatives for the benefit of vulnerable groups and the nation at large.
