Group under the auspices of Professional Group for Good Governance in Ondo State has thrown its weight behind the candidacy of the immediate past special adviser to the Honourable Minister of FCT on the Environment and Waste Management Architect Tunde Imolehin, as the next Deputy Governor of Ondo State.
Arch. Imolehin, a notable architect, environmentalist, communications specialist, and sustainability expert is a staunch chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
In a press release jointly signed by its National chairman, Otunba Dele Ola Fulani and National Secretary, Esan Olukolade, the group attributed Imolehin’s choice to his outstanding integrity, capacity, professionalism and consistency as a progressive over the years.
“Besides, Tunde Imolehin is tested, creative and above all a true son of Owo kingdom whose appointment genuinely fill the void created over the loss of our illustrious son, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, CON, aka Aketi. He will be an asset to our Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who has started very well”, the group submitted,” the statement read.
The group commiserated with the Ondo State people over the death of “our iconic Governor and prayed for God to rest his soul”.
It also congratulated Honourable Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his ascension into office as governor of Ondo State, while urging the people of the Sunshine State to give him maximum support to excel.
