SSAP Abba Isa Celebrates Vice President Shettima on His Birthday

… Describes him as champion of inclusive governance, development

Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has conveyed his warmest birthday wishes to His Excellency, Vice President Kashim Shettima, celebrating his leadership and unwavering dedication to Nigeria’s progress.

In a congratulatory statement issued by his Director Media and Communications, Lanre Oloyede, Hon. Abba Isa, lauded Vice President Shettima for his exemplary commitment to the service of the nation, particularly highlighting his efforts in championing inclusive development and advocating for the welfare of marginalized and underserved communities across the country.

 The Senior presidential aide emphasized that Shettima’s leadership continues to inspire and set a remarkable standard in the pursuit of national unity and progress.

“Your exemplary leadership, unwavering dedication to the service of our great nation, and your deep commitment to the welfare of all Nigerians, especially the marginalized and underserved, are truly commendable.

 “Your efforts in championing the cause of inclusive development and your passion for improving the lives of the less privileged continue to inspire and set a remarkable standard for leadership in Nigeria,” he stated.

The SSAP also took the opportunity to express his prayers for the Vice President, asking that Almighty Allah grants him wisdom, strength, and good health to continue fulfilling his noble duties to Nigeria. 

He highlighted the significant impact Vice President Shettima’s leadership has had on the lives of Nigerians, particularly those with disabilities, acknowledging his role as a champion of inclusive governance.

“On behalf of the 35.1 million Nigerians with disabilities, I write to congratulate you on your birthday. Today marks a significant milestone in your life, and we join your family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate this special day,” Hon. Abba Isa added.

The presidential aide noted that Shettima’s leadership has been particularly impactful in advancing the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities. 

He recalled Shettima’s tenure as the Governor of Borno State, where his exceptional leadership and compassion in the face of adversity were widely recognized. 

Hon. Abba Isa commended Shettima’s achievements in education, healthcare, and infrastructure development, which have positively affected countless lives, including those of persons with disabilities.

“As a champion of inclusive governance, we appreciate your commitment to promoting equal opportunities for all Nigerians, regardless of their abilities. Your leadership and dedication to the welfare of persons with disabilities have been exemplary, and we are grateful for your unwavering support,” Abba Isa said.

The SSAP further acknowledged the Vice President’s ongoing advocacy for inclusive policies and programs, noting that these efforts have not gone unnoticed by the community of persons with disabilities. 

Hon. Abba Isa expressed optimism that Vice President Shettima will continue to support initiatives aimed at ensuring that persons with disabilities have access to education, employment, and healthcare, and continue to promote their rights and dignity.
