Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Rasak Adekoya on the occasion of his birthday celebration.

His work in policy formulation and nation-building speaks volumes of his commitment to a better and more inclusive Nigeria.
