Senior Special Assistant to the President on Disablity Matters, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the APC National Vice Chairman and Zonal Chairman Northeast, Comerade on the successful completion of his Doctorate degree (PhD) in Law.
In a congratulatory statement issued Thursday, the SSA to the President noted that Comerade Salihu’s tremendous achievement is a testament to his unwavering dedication, intellectual prowess, and relentless hard work particularly his commitment to the party’s cause and advancement of disablity matters.
The Presidential aide recalled and praised the remarkable role Comerade Salihu played during the 2023 Presidential campaign as a major sponsor of the activities of the PWD Directorate in the exercise.
Hon. Abba Isa stated that as someone always concerned about the plight of PWDs, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is happy with his accomplishment.
The Presidential aide added that his dedication, hard work, and intellectual prowess have led him to this remarkable achievement.
