Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended warm congratulations to Comrade Mustapha Salihu, PhD, Esq., the National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Zonal Chairman, North-East, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Abba Isa extolled the outstanding leadership qualities and exemplary virtues of Comrade Salihu, describing him as an astute politician and committed democrat who has made significant contributions to the growth and stability of the ruling party.
The Senior Presidential Aide noted that Comrade Salihu has consistently represented the interests of the North-East with diligence and integrity at the APC National Secretariat, earning him respect across party lines.
According to Hon. Abba Isa, Comrade Salihu’s visionary leadership and dedication to mainstreaming the North-East in national politics have played a crucial role in strengthening democratic governance and political inclusion in the region.
He further commended Comrade Salihu for his unwavering commitment to the development and welfare of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the North-East, describing his support as impactful and worthy of emulation.
Hon. Abba Isa concluded by praying for Allah to continue to bless Comrade Mustapha Salihu with good health, wisdom, and strength to render more selfless service to the nation and humanity.
