Proactively advocate for the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) by integrating their requirements and perspectives into the policies and programs of all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of the Federal Government.

Work closely with sub-national authorities to build a national consensus on PWD-friendly policies and environmental conditions, fostering collaboration and unity in the pursuit of inclusivity.

Collaborate with the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) to ensure a coordinated and harmonized approach in implementing PWD-friendly initiatives at the national level.

Actively create avenues of opportunity for PWDs, facilitating their meaningful participation in various spheres of society, including education, employment, and social activities.

Implement strategies to raise public awareness and sensitization on matters concerning PWDs, promoting a culture of understanding, empathy, and support.

Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the effectiveness of PWD-inclusive policies and programs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Initiate and support capacity-building programs for government officials, stakeholders, and the public to enhance their understanding of disability issues and foster a culture of inclusivity.

Conduct accessibility audits of public spaces and facilities to identify and address barriers that hinder the full participation of PWDs in various aspects of public life.

Strengthen partnerships with international organizations working on disability issues to leverage global best practices and resources for the benefit of PWDs in Nigeria.
